We are happy to welcome Madres Kitchen as the caterers for our event.  Madres Kitchen is dedicated to delicious foods prepared fresh daily using organic, locally-produced ingredients that are both healthy and tasty. Rainbow Radish Crostini- Farm fresh rainbow radishes with minted butter. Served on house made grill bread

Purple Potato and Yukon Gold Chips - Beautiful, house made chips topped with zesty Dungeness crab salad or Spring pea and onion relish

Artisan Cheese Platter - A selection of fine cheeses, including Beecher's, Tillamook and more. Served with La Panzanella bakery crackers

Veggies and Dips - House-made dips such as; hummus, creamy dill and roasted red bell pepper spread with fresh vegetable crudite

Local spring greens - Fresh, organic baby lettuce mix topped with pickled red onions and toasted sunflower seeds. Fresh citrus vinaigrette

Basket of fresh Sourdough, kalamata and rosemary bread - baked fresh in house, served with whipped butter

Grilled Hard Cider Chicken  (Chicken Selection)

Tender grilled chicken thighs cooked in Seattle dry cider-mustard sauce with sauteed garlic, onions and fresh parsley. Served over organic, local braised greens with a side of lemon and garlic roasted Yukon Gold potatoes

Tarragon Grilled Flank Steak  (Beef Selection)

Grilled flank steak with fresh tarragon. Horseradish-cauliflower puree. Served with a side of sauteed green beans and lemon and garlic roasted Yukon Gold potatoes

Roasted vegetable ratatouille polenta (Vegetarian Selection)

Beautifully presented with an array of roasted seasonal veggies and chick peas with sauteed tomatoes, onions and garlic. Topped with freshly grated Parmesan. Served with a side of sauteed green beans.

Beer and Wine will be served at the bar, two tickets will be provided to each guest.  Additional alcoholic beverages may be purchased by showing your bidder number.  Non-alcoholic beverages are complimentary.
