THE TOTALLY TUBULAR EVENT

...will be held at Pickering Barn on Friday May 2, 2025. Doors open at 5:30pm.  Silent Auction bidding and bar service will begin at this time followed by a live auction, dinner, dessert dash and Dancing. Each ticket includes dinner and 2 drink tickets.

As a reminder, this event is for adults only, and we kindly ask that no children attend. This helps us ensure a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.

PARKING

The Pickering Barn parking lot is located right by the barn with adequate free parking for our event. Handicapped parking is available.

Overflow parking is available on the first and second floors of the Costco employee parking garage, located just south behind the venue, but only after 6pm.  Parking in any of the Costco lots is otherwise prohibited.

• Neon colors, oversized jackets, scrunchies, and high-waisted jeans!
• Flashy, metallics, mini skirts, and power suits with shoulder pads.
• Big hair, bold makeup (think bold lipstick, blue eyeshadow!), and statement accessories.

• Think Miami Vice – pastel blazers, graphic tees, and parachute pants.
• Leather jackets, mullets, and funky prints (the more the better!).
• Converse, high-tops, and anything with an 80’s logo or band tee.

• Big, bold, and daring looks! From acid-wash denim to neon tracksuits, don’t be afraid to go all out!
• The key is to have fun and embrace the quirky and colorful spirit of the '80s.

BIDDING & PAYMENT

All registered attendees will receive a bidder number, which is what they will use for all purchases and bidding activity.  Attendees will be asked to pre-register a card payment method at check-in if they have not already chosen that option during their ticket purchase.

All auction purchases, special event purchases, cash donations, bar purchases, and won items will be added to your bidder number and presented to you on a final invoice during check-out at the conclusion of our event.
