The Maple Hills Elementary School PTA auction is almost here!! If you have purchased tickets to attend the auction you will be receiving an auction catalog delivered to your childs classroom. Please watch for this! You will not be receiving a physical "ticket" for entry. When you arrive the evening of the auction we will have a registration packet for you the contains your bid number and your drink tickets. If you preregistered your credit card you are good to go have fun!! If not you will be directed to our computer station.
Check in, cocktail hour, and silent auction begin at 5:00 pm. Dinner is at approximately 7:00 pm.

What is a school auction and why are we having one?
The Maple Hills Elementary School PTA auction is an event held at an off-site location where parents, staff and other supporters of our PTA and elementary school come together to celebrate our PTA programs and raise funds to enhance our children’s education.
Who can come?
Anyone who wants to support Maple Hills Elementary School’s PTA is invited to come.
What can parents and/or caregivers do to help?
We need volunteers to help prepare for and also the night of the auction, procurement of items for the auction, and most importantly attend the auction and have fun!!
What type of items should we procure?
There is a huge variety of items that you can contribute – gift certificates and cards, give to the grade level baskets, donate a weekend at your cabin or timeshare. There are endless possibilities!!
Where are procurement forms?
Procurement forms can be found on the table underneath the volunteer badges.
What happens at the auction?
The night of the auction will start with a cocktail hour and appetizers. During this time you will be able to view both the Live Auction and Silent Auction items. You will be able to start bidding on the Silent Auction items. Dinner will be served afterwards and then the Live Auction will start. Come ready to have a great time!!
What do I wear?
Wear what you are comfortable in. Some people will dress up, but it isn’t mandatory!!
Can I sit where I want?
When you register online you can reserve a table with your friends or you can just purchase your own seats and we will place you with other attendees. In order to reserve a table as a group you can either purchase a table at one time or “name” your reservation and allow your friends to use your table “name” to reserve seats with you.
